Chinaberry Drive in the Timbers of Boca runs north and south and forms the eastern border of the community with Lyons Road. It connects on the south with Red Oak and Black Maple Lane and on the north with Hazelwood Lane.

The community swimming pool and club house are located on Chinaberry Drive along with the community cypress preserve. Besides its convenient location to community amenities, a significant number of homes on the west side of Chinaberry Drive are on the Timbers of Boca Lake or have lake views.
